  • Question: Please can anyone with this lamp clarify if it does indeed have a clicking sound?

    Answer: The Neo should not make a clicking sound, please contact us directly with your order number and we'll be happy to resolve this, or email us at [email protected]
  • Question: As this runs cooler than the Telstar and Astro does it take longer to start flowing, and Is it less active?

    Answer: When new the Neo can take 2-3 hours to start flowing, but this time will decrease with use. It is still a very active lava lamp as the bottles are the same size as the Telstar bottles.
  • Question: Can I just plug it in the mains (220volts)?

    Answer: Yes, that lamp can be plugged into the mains socket. The lamps can take 2-3 hours to warm up for the first time.
  • Question: How do you change the bulb in a neo lava lamp?

    Answer: To change the bulb in the Neo lava lamp, please ensure the lamp has been off and cooled for at least 12 hours. Use the allen key provided to unscrew the small grub screw at the back of the lamp. This will allow you to lift the cap from the base. Then you can lift the bottle off and remove the bulb by pulling it upwards as it is a 2 pin fitting. When placing a new bulb in the lamp, please ensure you use the wrap provided around the bulb as touching a halogen bulb with your bare hands can damage it. Remove the wrap from the bulb when in place and then gently put the cap bottle and cap back on and screw it back into place.
  • Question: Can you buy replacement lava if you want to change the colour?

    Answer: You can buy a new lava section from their website.

    Answer: The Neo table power lead is 2 meters in length.
  • Question: Do you not do the copper coloured lava lamps with brown wax?

    Answer: The Neo is available in 5 different colourways but Brown is not one of them. Sorry for any inconvenience.
