- Proven Formula Since 1962 – Based on the original Murashige & Skoog formulation, it provides a balanced salt mixture of inorganic nutrients, vitamins, and organic supplements essential for plant metabolism.
- Supports Growth & Differentiation – Supplies nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, and molybdenum to fuel cell division, growth, and tissue differentiation.
- Enhanced with Organic Supplements – Includes amino acids, organic acids, and sugars that provide additional carbon sources and energy for stronger culture success.
- Versatile & Adaptable – Works with tens of thousands of plant species, from orchids to cannabis. Can be used for callus induction, shoot regeneration, root development, micropropagation, and rooting cuttings. Compatible with all PGRs (organic and inorganic).
- Easy to Prepare – 42 g of medium makes 1 litre of culture solution. Just dissolve in distilled water, adjust pH to ~5.7 if desired, and autoclave at 116 °C (240 °F) for 30 minutes.
- High Yield – One 250 g package prepares up to 6 litres of complete solution, 1kg makes 24, making it efficient and cost-effective for both research and commercial plant tissue culture work.
