The Neck Stretcher Cervical Traction Device has garnered a mixed reception among users who have sought relief from neck pain through its use. While some customers express frustration over the unclear assembly instructions, needing to rely on online resources to figure out the setup, many report positive outcomes regarding pain alleviation. The quality of the device, given its low price, has also been noted favorably by several reviewers, who appreciate the value it offers. However, the assembly process seems to present a challenge, with some users mentioning that the number of pieces can be cumbersome. Notably, a few reviews have pointed out concerns regarding the materials used in the product, specifically one mentioning poor quality related to a "simple shoe string". Despite these drawbacks, once properly assembled and utilized, many customers see a significant improvement in their neck discomfort. **
