Hot water is causing leaking. Can not find the part to fix. Any suggestions? Faucet is only ONE year old. Seems like a manufacturers error.
Answer: We have had 3 out of 4 of these drains leak. Our plumber and contractor can not even find a way to stop the leak. I will probably need to buy 2 new drains locally. -

Please let me know how to remove handle from the faucets. No set screw, they do not seem to be threaded, I tried prying gently against the base-help?!
Answer: There is a cap on each handle. It does not look like a cap, but it is. Unscrew the cap and you will find a screw that holds the handle on. -

The water hoses that connect the taps to the spout have special quick connectors. What is the name of these connectors and where can I buy them?
Answer: Many manufacturers use these now, so replacements should be available at a good hardware store but I would definitely take the fixture to match up. You are correct in calling it a quick connect.
