- V1 CLASSIC LINE (PROFESSIONAL SET) – The Börner V1 Professional Set leaves no wishes unfulfilled! The set includes: V-Slicer, storage box for safely storing the inserts, docking station for the slicer, and inserts for different cutting styles (e.g., slices, strips, or dices).
- SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety food holder. The food holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades. Additionally, fruits & vegetables can be completely processed until the end. Your fingers are safe from any injuries with our Börner V1 Classic Line Profi Vegetable Slicer Set
- ALL-IN-ONE PROFESSIONAL SET – The professional set includes two blade inserts: 0.14 inch (3.5mm) insert for fine julienne strips and dices, and 0.28 inch (7mm) insert for thicker veggie sticks, ideal for homemade fries. The micro-finely honed stainless steel blades allow for quick and precise slicing and grating of thin & thick slices, coarse & fine sticks, and dices. To make dices, pre-cut the vegetables crosswise.
- EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade. Also, rinse the food holder under running water. The mandoline slicer can also be cleaned under rinsing water.
