What is the curing time for this resin?
Answer: Curing time varies depending on the light source. It can be cured in about 1-2 minutes with a UV torch, 10-15 minutes in direct sun on a sunny day, and 30-60 minutes in direct sun on a cloudy day. -

Answer: The package includes 1,000 grams of UV resin and 1 nozzle. -

Can this resin cure without a 36w UV light?
Answer: Yes, it can cure without a UV light if it is exposed to strong sunlight for a long time. However, it may dry sticky if a UV light is not used. -

Can this be baked in the oven once fully cured?
Answer: Form resin eye. Place the resin eye into soft clay to make a depression. Then bake clay and glue on afterwards. -

Does it shrink?
Answer: If the power of the UV lamp is high, it does shrink a little. -

What solution can be used to wash or clean the brush or tools?
Answer: Acetone works best to clean brushes and tools and sometimes water with soap can help, but I say acetone is the way to go if you want a quick clean. -
Question:
I purchased a 78w uv light. how long should i cure it for under this light?
Answer: Depending on the thickness of what you are making, I would cure it for 60 seconds on the back and gauge from there. Then do the same duration on the front side to ensure it is fully cured by either flipping the mold or popping the piece out and putting it directly under the light. -
Question:
Does the wattage really matter? I have a 50w light and it doesn't seem to cure all the way unless I put the object in the sun for a bit.
Answer: Yes, light wattage matters. The higher the wattage, the faster it cures. If the light has a lower wattage, it won't cure or will take longer. -
Question:
What wavelength is required to properly cure this product?
Answer: I love this UV resin and cure mine for 4 minutes. If you don't have a UV light, you can place your project in the sun for about 20 minutes. -
Question:
Why does it feel tacky after curing? I cure for like 10 minutes with a 54w uv lamp. Help!
Answer: Hi, I've found that it doesn't fully cure to the touch when using just the lamp, especially if you are not applying thin layers at a time. I use the lamp to set it, then I set my items in the sunlight for 2-5 minutes to fully cure them. -

Can I use additives like mica powder, alcohol inks, and glitters in this UV resin?
Answer: Alcohol inks cannot be used for UV resin. Mica powder and glitters are fine to use. -
Question:
At what temperature does the cured resin melt?
Answer: I have never had to melt it, as it hardens after the UV light has touched it. -
Question:
It is not curing well for me. I have to cure it for at least 30 minutes and I'm using a 125w lamp. Is it a bad batch maybe?
Answer: I have the same issue. I found placing the item on tin foil and wrapping the entire lamp in tin foil helps, but not 100%.
