Answer: I don't think so. For pain like putting ice on. -

Which of these works best roll-on, gel or spray?
Answer: For severe pain I used the spray. Next best is the roll on. The gel is good it's messy and the least effective. -

What is the percentage of methanol ingredients? And how far out is the expiration date?
Answer: I don't see Methanol listed as an ingredient. It just shows Active Ingredient as Menthol USP 4% on all 3 BioFreeze. The 4 oz tube expires July 2016, the 3 oz roll-on expires June of 2016 and the 4 oz 360 degree spray aerosol can expires on July 2016. -
Question:
How do you get the nozzle on the spray to work?
Answer: Press down firmly to activate the first spray. Make sure it’s not aimed towards your face. After that it works pretty well. -
Question:
Is this the green or colorless gel?
Answer: It's the green gel, but it clears up quickly. -
Question:
Is it supposed to be refrigerated? And do you refrigerate the OPEN vial?
Answer: No, it doesn't have to be refrigerated. At least, we never did and it doesn't say to refrigerate. I also don't believe it comes in a vial.
