Answer: Yes. It will adhere to the existing cast. Easy way to change the color. Or make an old cast look new again. -

Will it stick if wrapped around metal? for like a harden handle.
Answer: We use this wrap on our steel firefighting hooks. We have yet to have one slip as of yet. They appear to be very well attached to the metal.
