When put together, it measures a little over 56 inches, and when apart, one half is about 29 inches and the other half is about 28.5 inches. While it can be used as a walking stick, it is lightweight and shouldn't be expected to have much weight. Some customers have reported that their staff didn't light up, but this may be due to dead batteries. There have also been complaints about the quality and fragility of the staff, as well as issues with the stickers peeling off. Overall, the staff has a Disney-like look and can be a good prop, but it may not meet everyone's expectations.
