Nutritionist's Take
Dr Clark Store Rose HIPS Supplement provides 500 mg of rose hips per serving, which is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and polyphenols. Nutritionists appreciate rose hips for their potential benefits, including supporting immune function, promoting skin health, and reducing inflammation. However, while some studies suggest these benefits, the evidence is not universally conclusive, and the supplement should not replace a balanced diet. The gelatin capsules may not be suitable for vegetarians or vegans, which is a consideration for those with specific dietary restrictions. Additionally, consumers should be aware of the quality of sourcing and processing, as these factors can impact efficacy. Overall, while it can be a beneficial addition for certain individuals, consulting a healthcare professional before starting any supplement is advisable.
