It comes with a bottle opener that is a useful addition to the cooler. Notably, it is lightweight and sturdy. Also, the wheels roll smoothly, and the cooler is easy to move around, even on uneven terrain. However, some customers have had poor experiences with the durability of the cooler's components. For instance, the wheel assembly came apart for one customer, with the snap ring not fitting the groove on the shaft. Additionally, the washers for another customer were of differing thicknesses and sizes, rendering the snap ring ineffective. Furthermore, some customers reported disappointing ice retention, with one instance lasting for only two days instead of six, as advertised.
