So to bypass the factory amp just unplug the 2 bottom connectors from the factory amp and plug the kit into them and run the loose ends to the radio?
Answer: You unplug the white connector set 10-pin/6-pin (amp output to speakers). Connect the LS02B harness and run it back to the stereo location. Then connect the aftermarket speaker/power wiring to the LS02B harness. -

Where do the 3 flyout wires connect to? Does anyone have any detailed installation instructions?
Answer: The Blue wire connects to Power Antenna, Orange wire connect to Illumination and Red wire connects to 12V Accessory. For more information please contact Scosche Tech Support at 800-363-4490 Ext. 3. -

Answer: No, this bypass harness will not work with your vehicle. Unfortunately, Scosche does not have a solution for the 2001 GS300. If you need additional assistance please contact Scosche Tech Support at 800-363-4490 Ext. 3. -
