How many oz of water do i need per scoops?
Answer: For a regular shake (two scoops of Kaged) I’ve been using about 12 ounces of water. It will blend up to about 20-22 ounces in total volume, given foaming. -

Mine did not come with a scooper. How many tablespoons are in a scoop?
Answer: Serving size is 2 scoops or 58.6 grams of powder if you have a food scale. -

Need some honest users comments - is this stuff worth $50 for 20 serving? How come it's more expensive than other leading brands?
Answer: You can find better products than this for a cheaper price, especially if you are military or veteran. I don't know why it's more expensive than other products. If I were to guess I would say the company is a small fish in an ocean with bigger companies that will swallow them up if they didn't raise its prices. -

Answer: It contains milk products. I wouldn't suggest you take it if you have a sensitive stomach. -

This works also for weight loss?
Answer: Yes. You can't go wrong taking 2 scoops within 60 minutes after working out. -
Question:
Is the vanilla cake sweet or neutral sweet? If its too sweet what can you do to reduce it?
Answer: It is sweet but tastes good. Sometimes I will add some fruit or peanut butter or extra water and ice and mix it up in the blender. Or just extra water and ice in a blender bottle to reduce this sweetness. -
Question:
Is this good to use while on the keto diet?
Answer: It depends on how low your carbs are for the day. If you are taking less than 25 grams of carbs a day this is not a protein I would use. It has 18 carbs per 2 scoops and 28 grams per 3 scoops. Bear in mind these are clean carbs with no real sugar. -
Question:
What is the sweetness used?
Answer: The main sweetener is Sucralose and Steviol. -
