Wald Panniers & Rack Trunks Editorial Review
** Wald 157 Front Giant Delivery Bicycle Basket** The Wald 157 Front Giant Delivery Bicycle Basket has garnered a generally positive reception from customers who appreciate its spaciousness and sturdy Construction. Many users commend the basket's design, noting that it offers significant carrying capacity for a variety of items. Its Construction from heavy gauge steel gives it a solid feel, making it capable of supporting heavy loads, including pets and groceries, without compromising safety. Installation is frequently described as straightforward, with users indicating that even those with limited mechanical skills can manage to set it up. Several reviews highlight the versatility in adjusting the angles and heights of the basket, further enhancing user satisfaction. However, customers have pointed out that it can take some time to adjust to the handling dynamics. The front-loading design significantly alters the balance of the bicycle, making it feel front-heavy and challenging to steer, especially when loaded. This initial discomfort seems to diminish with experience, as many riders report adapting over time. A common caveat mentioned in the reviews is the tendency for the basket to tip the bike over when resting, especially for models equipped with a side kickstand. Users generally suggest investing in a double kickstand to alleviate this issue. Despite some concerns regarding durability, particularly after encounters with road hazards, most customers remain loyal to the Wald brand, appreciating its reliability and functionality. Overall, the Wald 157 Front Giant Delivery Bicycle Basket is celebrated as a durable, spacious, and functional addition to any bicycle, perfect for transporting pets, groceries, and other essentials. **
