- The Valor Fitness Half Rack Squat Machine is constructed with a 3 x 3, 11-gauge steel with floor mount base support and the option to remove the rubber endcaps to bolt the unit to the floor. The functional squat machine features a pull up station that is adjustable from 79” to 94” to find the right height for you and includes multiple handgrips so you can perform pullups or chin-ups in up to 5 different positions! Use this squat machine to perform your heavy squat or bench-press workouts with the help of the 23 long safety bars. Slide in a bench for bench-press with the adjustable J-hooks, while using the 4 band pegs to add resistance training. Two Olympic bar holders are included on both sides of the frame and 6 weight storage pegs give you ample bumper plate storage to get your weights off the floor and keep them organized.
