The Dahle 569 Guillotine Paper Cutter is a German-engineered, lever-style cutter with a 27.5" cut length and a 35-sheet capacity of 20 lb. paper per pass. While it works great with heavyweight paper/cardstock, it may not be suitable for quickly cutting large stacks of paper at once. The automatic clamp holds the paper down while cutting, but it could create an indentation in sensitive materials. The clamp comes down at 1 1/2", allowing for a minimum cut of just over the 1 1/2" mark. The arm that holds down the paper is easy to remove if needed for larger sized prints. Rulers are on both the top and bottom. The blade can be sharpened by cutting 6 layers of aluminum foil. The cutter is well-built, lightweight, and has non-skid rubber feet.
