The VIVO Black Manual Flip Down Mount is designed to mount flat screen TV and monitors from 17" to 37" in size in a pitched roof ceiling. It is made of thin metal materials but is easy to install and is good for small spaces. The mount cannot be tilted and locked in position and it cannot be mounted perpendicular to the ceiling, but it can hold a TV that weighs up to 9 pounds. This manual ceiling mount is not powered, so there is no power cord.
