From cable crossover flys to bicep curls, triceps pull-downs to lat pull-downs, you can perform a wide range of exercises to target different muscle groups. The versatility of this machine allows you to engage in wide and narrow pull-ups, shoulder presses, cable chest flies, seated rows, bench presses, squats, deadlifts, dips, and much more.
