Answer: Yes, it comes with a 64GB High Endurance Micro SD card already inserted for your convenience. -

Can I use the dash cam at night?
Answer: Absolutely, the dash cam features high-end night image sensor technology and HDR functionality for clear nighttime recordings. -

What do I need to enable parking mode?
Answer: To activate parking mode, you will need to purchase a hardwire kit to connect the dash cam to your vehicle's constant power supply. -
Question:
How long will the camera record before it starts looping (with 128 micro card)?
Answer: with 32g - about 4hrs, 64g - about 8hrs, 128g - about 16hrs recording time. It will start looping when memory card is filled and loop from the oldest footage. -
Question:
Does it support 128gb micro sdxc card?
Answer: Hello, it does, we recommend using SanDisk High Endurance card. -
Question:
Can it be reversed to record the car interior?
Answer: Yes this can be reversed very easily 360 degrees. But if thinking of using it for a security camera, i would use something else that records to the cloud, not an SD card which can be easily stolen. Check out wyze.com, great deal for $25. -
Question:
I wonder if it is possible to record even if the screen is off
Answer: Yes, there is a screen saver function, you can turn it on or press the hot key to turn off the screen only, and it will keep recording. -
Question:
Battery life
Answer: There is only a very small rechargeable battery in this camera. It is only used to maintain your settings. If I don’t drive the car for a couple of weeks the camera looses it setting and will power up like the out of the box default setting s. If you want the camera to run with the car turned off you must connect the 12 volt cable to a constant 12volt source. (Directly to car battery). The internal battery will not provide this capability. -
Question:
is the blue light on top left corner supposed to be solid or flashing?
Answer: Blue light stays solid when recording, as soon as you power down it turns red and shuts off -
Question:
Does anyone know how to make recordings loop? Mine stops recording when sd card is full.
Answer: Simply adjust the G-Sensor setting: stop recording > menu > G-Sensor > Low or Off, this will help to limit footage to be in the protected folder. Try out different setting to your liking. Do format memory card and check the video footage from time to time and see if device is working properly. Hope this help Team Atizo -

Can a rear camera be added?
Answer: Currently Rear Camera feature is not available for the UltraDash C1. -
Question:
what type of card do I need it?
Answer: it can support 8-128GB SDHC, Class 10 U1 (48mb/s), Micro SD memory card. Use a recognized branded Micro SD card for best results .
