One customer was disappointed as they thought they would be able to use the holder to scan two cards while inside the holder, but they weren't able to scan any side of the card holder. However, another customer found the build to be really nice and premium and would recommend it. One customer did not like the design as it protrudes outward when worn on a belt and another found that they lost their ID and credit card due to the holding mechanism. Overall, the Orbitkey ID Card Holder Pro has received mixed reviews, but customers do appreciate the premium build quality.
