I'm sensitive to gluten and stress can really knock my gut out even though I eat fairly well and take an excellent probiotic daily. When I'm feeling bloated and miserable I reach for this supplement. It might be better to take regularly but that's not how I choose to use it. I guess you'll need to try it out yourself to see if it helps your particular issues.
