    Answer: When the unit shuts down due to the full water level in the reservoir, you cannot manually turn off the machine. Simply remove the reservoir, empty it, replace it, and the machine will start up again. You can turn off the machine at any other time as needed.

    Answer: No, the product has its own hose and a specific barbed fitting that the hose needs to be connected to.
  • Question: What are the different modes of operations?

    Answer: The different modes of operation can be found on the top of the product.
  • Question: Will this work in England with 230 Volt 50Hz?

    Answer: No, the product is not compatible with 230 Volt 50Hz as it is designed for 110 Volt. Using it with 230 volts would damage the product.
  • Question: The dehumidifier is blowing hot air out, adding to the heat in the house. Can I change that?

    Answer: All dehumidifiers emit warm air as part of their operation to condense and remove water. Unfortunately, you cannot change this as it is how the dehumidifier works.
