The TOURBON Nylon Roll-top Clip-On Bike Panniers Women's Shoulder Tote Bag is a versatile bag that can be used as a bike pannier or a backpack. It has two hooks in the back on top and a button-close strap on the back which secures the bag well, even on bumpy rides. The bag is made of nylon and has multiple pockets inside and out for organizing your belongings. While it is not waterproof, it kept the contents dry during heavy rain. The bag is stylish and comes in a pleasant mint color. Some customers found the bag to be less functional than they had hoped. It is similar in height as the Ortlieb but not as deep and therefore carries less. The 'water bottle' pockets are too small to fit reusable water bottles, while the straps of the backpack are uncomfortable and scratchy. The velcro strap that goes around the bottom of the rack is short and may not reach far enough to secure it. The pockets inside are not useful as they have the wrong sizes. The magnetic strap closing the bag top is not very long, so if you stuff the bag to the top, the strap won't clip. The clips that hold the bag on to your bike rack are sharp, which can be dangerous.
