Although the scanner is a budget model, it is quite difficult to navigate at first, especially for those not familiar with car diagnostics. Also, the update instructions provided with the package are not clear, and there is no card reader included. Fortunately, an online app called Fox Assist is available for updates, but finding instructions to download it is difficult.
