They have a non-slip surface and are lightweight, making them easy to carry around to and from your yoga studio or gym. The pack also includes a sturdy 7-foot long and 1 1/2-inch wide yoga strap with two heavy buckles for additional support during stretches or poses. These blocks are eco-friendly and the strap appears to be mostly cotton but it does not say on the strap. Customers are raving about these yoga blocks and strap. They have a nice feel and look great, exactly like what you would find in a yoga studio. They are firm yet soft to the touch and are super sturdy and lightweight. They are also very good quality and the price is great Considering you get two blocks and a yoga strap for the price of one block from other name brands. The blocks are excellent for the price and work well for stability in certain yoga poses.
