BexGears Pick Guards Editorial Review
The BexGears 8 Hole Electric Guitar Pickguard is a replacement pickguard for TL style guitars. Some customers have had issues with this pickguard not fitting their guitar perfectly, requiring modification to make it fit. However, other customers have had success with the pickguard fitting perfectly and making their guitar stand out. The material is a printed picture rather than the reflective fake tortoise shell that most pickguards are made of. The pickguard is thicker than the original and has a nice quality. One caveat is that the control plate needs to be flipped in order to clear the pickguard. There is an eighth hole by the neck that some customers don't need, and there is no option for a pickguard without neck pickup screw holes. Overall, the BexGears pickguard is a nice addition to any Fender Telecaster, but be prepared for the possibility of needing to modify it to fit properly.
