Cinelli Stems AMPT31100 Editorial Review
The Cinelli Pista Bicycle Stem seems to have received mixed reviews from customers, with both positive and negative feedback. Customers expressed satisfaction with the 130mm length and steep down angle, which lowered the handlebars substantially and improved their riding position. They also praised the stem's strength and stiffness, noting it as an upgrade from previous models. However, the weight of the stem was a significant concern, with some users suggesting a 50% reduction in weight would greatly improve the product. Despite being made of a strong aluminum alloy, the weight was described as excessive, especially when compared to lightweight aluminum stems. Some customers found the stem to be too tilted downwards for their preference, while others found it to be a good fit for older mountain bike frames, offering an excellent upgrade. There were also comments regarding the difficulty in controlling the bike due to the angle of the stem, which led to an excessive weight shift onto the front wheel. On the positive side, some users shared that they were able to mount the stem in a way that provided additional height to the handlebars, and commented on its lightweight and attractive appearance.
