There was confusion over the tea's organic certification, but the pack reads 'Premium organic oolong tea'. The caffeine level is relatively low, and the leaves can be steeped 3-4 times without compromising the taste. While some found the taste to be perfect, others found the tea tasted like plain black tea or had no taste at all. Though the Summit Teas suggested brewing time is 3-5 minutes at 185°F, one could also steep for longer periods and notice different flavors and aromas from the tea.
