Customers have used self-adhesive mailbox numbers to add identification to their mailboxes. The product does not include mounting bases, hence customers have to buy them separately. The mailbox is not very tall, which makes it look smaller in comparison to the photo. Customers have also complained about the lack of any outgoing mail provisions. However, it has a sheet that makes the mail drop short, and for customers, it is good enough to remove it with ease. The box is sturdy but could be sturdier. It has been installed for six months without issue.
