Answer: My recommendation is thicker is better for comfort as long as there is room for the shoe to accommodate. If the shoe is already pretty snug I would recommend the regular. -

Work with socks?
Answer: I don’t see why they wouldn’t work with socks. As long as your shoes are big enough that the extra padding doesn’t make them too tight. -

What is difference between thick and normal ?
Answer: I would say thick gives you more cushion but also makes the shoe tighter. Normal will be less cushion and more room in the shoe.
