The kit comprises of three 1" x 3 3/4" Pitch Patch Pads and six slotted hex head lag screws 1/4" x 2" long. The pads seal out any water seepage through your roof. The lag bolts that secure the tripod to the roof goes through the tripod feet and through these pitch pads and seals. It is easy to use and seals very well under the tripod feet.
