Is this cooktop compatible with both propane and natural gas?
Answer: Yes, it includes nozzles for both LPG and NG, providing full versatility. -

Can the grates and knobs be cleaned easily?
Answer: Absolutely, both the knobs and heavy cast iron grates are dishwasher safe for hassle-free cleaning. -

My current cook top cut out is 17 1/4 and 35 3/4 would this fit in that cut out?
Answer: No you would have to make the cut out bigger by about 2 inch -
Question:
So you just buy this top part. Is it not like an oven as well? Does it just insert int your counter top? Where does the gas go? Underneath the cabinet
Answer: Your gas line should be under your cabinet you putting this down in. You will need a regulator if your old stove top didn't have one. -
Question:
Can I use this alone ...install it directly to a countertop?
Answer: Yes you can. It is very easy to install just ensure you have the correct hook up for your gas line to the unit. It has a built in regulator in the unit. -
Question:
Does this unit have an internal regulator for natural gas?
Answer: You don't need a regulator when running off a residential natural gas hook-up. There's already a regulator at the entry point. -
Question:
Does it need electricity to operate?
Answer: Yes, for it to ignite, you hold down the knob, and if you have it plugged in, electric flows through it. You could light it with a match, but that is a risk factor in my opinion. -
Question:
What type of regulator does it require for use with LP propane? Are the conversion orifice jets included? If not, can you provide a link to these?
Answer: I am not really sure of the type of regulator. The guys that remodeled my kitchen went to Lowe’s and bought it for $30.00. That was all that was needed and it works great so far. I’m sorry for the limited information.
