The elasticated straps are 78 inches long and provide compression support to the knees. The knee wraps are suitable for men and women. The knee wraps do not have a loop to fit the leg through. They are wrapped around the leg like an ace bandage and provide support and snap back during deep squats and deadlifts. They fasten with Velcro and are made of high-quality material. There are no videos available to show users how to wear the knee wraps, but the manufacturer recommends watching tutorials on YouTube. It is not recommended to wash the knee wraps in a washing machine. Instead, they should be soaked in chlorine-free detergent for 10-15 minutes and washed with lukewarm water. They should be allowed to air dry completely. Some customers found the knee wraps to be well-made and perfect for heavy weightlifting, while others found them to be too tight or too short.
