The Olympus TG-4 is a compact waterproof digital camera that offers great image quality both on land and underwater. The product comes with a variety of accessories including a wrist strap, battery, adapter, USB cable, and software CD. While the camera does not have a flip screen, one can take selfies through Wi-Fi connectivity with a phone. The camera automatically geotags pictures at the moment the picture was taken but can be slow to acquire satellites. It is recommended by Olympus to have the seals inspected every year for compromised waterproofing. The camera accepts SanDisk Extreme PRO 128 GB cards with ease, however, the screen can be washed out in bright sunlight. The camera has its limitations, such as the pink spot that appears in shots that cannot be corrected in post-processing and occasional fogging after being used. The zoom capability is a limitation for wildlife photography on land. Overall, the camera is ideal for snorkeling and water parks with its great underwater autofocus and macro mode for up-close pictures.
