GENERAL'S Wooden Lead Pencils 4401-24A Editorial Review
The General Pencil 4401-24A Multi Pastel Pencils are soft pastel pencils that offer sharp detail and control over color placement. They are great for making detail in artwork. However, some customers have found the chalk quality to be hard and scratchy. Additionally, a few customers have received used pencils instead of new ones. Overall, these pencils are a good option for artists looking for a variety of pastel colors.
