The product is easy to assemble and has great quality that won't bend or break. The 6 inch casters make it easy to navigate over any surface including cobblestone. Additionally, the customer support team is excellent and willing to help replace any faulty parts. However, one customer mentioned that two of the casters do not swivel, which made the dolly useless for their application.
