It comes with a flexible 10-foot cord and has been noted to work well in replacing faulty septic tank floats. Users have found it easy to install and reliable in use, with one customer particularly noting that it worked better than their previous unit. However, there have been concerns raised about the product description lacking essential details such as whether the switch is normally open or normally closed. This information is crucial for potential buyers to determine if it suits their specific needs. While some customers have praised its durability and performance, a few have pointed out discrepancies in the included components such as the absence of a cord clamp. In conclusion, the SJE-RHOMBUS Float Switch PUMPMASTER Pump Switch has received positive feedback for its functionality and build quality, but there is room for improvement in providing comprehensive product descriptions and ensuring Consistency in the delivered components.
