  • Question: Can one person set up the canopy tent?

  • Question: Does it include backwall and sides?

    Answer: This particular version has a full back wall and two half side walls. Mine did, like in the picture, and I made sure that is what I ordered
  • Question: What is the turn around time for a customized 10x10?

    Answer: Once I submitted the artwork and approved the mock-up that they sent it to me to review, I received the custom tent within a week. The hardware came separately within a few days of approving the order.
  • Question: Is the print full color images on this product?

    Answer: Yes, the product is full color and high quality.
  • Question: Is the backwall double sided?

    Answer: It usually prints on one side, if you would like to do 2-sides' printing, there will be the extra cost.
  • Question: Can I order a second top also? Without the tent and sides.

    Answer: You don’t have to put the sides up if you don’t want to. For ordering a second top you need to contact the seller for clarification.
