However, one issue is that the instructions lack adequacy. In terms of installing, the biggest hurdle is breaking free the factory T40's. The product is well made, solid, and durable. The tailgate feels much more solid, and the hinges are smooth. Despite being expensive, this kit is beefy and helps to keep the spare tire close to the tailgate, perfect for those not wanting a bumper-mounted tire carrier.
