Gently bite down, pull your lips over the mouthpiece, and use the light while the gel is on your teeth. If not, skip to step 5 5. After 5 minutes, spit out the excess gel u2013 but donu2019t rinse. The whitening will continue to absorb into your teeth. 6. Last but not least, go forth and shine. |
