However, reviews indicate that customers had a poor experience with the product. The product arrived unpaired, and many customers struggled to pair them, spending hours on resets and watching YouTube videos to no avail. The Fretech pair that a customer ordered also arrived unpaired. Poorly written instructions, lack of clear labeling, and missing documentation added to the frustration.
