The pump is easy to install and wire up if it is a 110 volts system. The pump has a green wire, which needs to be connected to a ground source. It is an efficient and quiet product that works great for most customers. However, some customers have complained about the pump leaking out of the gasket between the metal motor and plastic pump. Some customers have also reported that the fittings are in metric, and they needed to buy 1 1/2 in fittings to fit standard PVC.
