Carlon B620HG-UPC Ceiling Box Bar Hanger

** Carlon B620HG-UPC Ceiling Box Bar Hanger** The Carlon B620HG-UPC Ceiling Box Bar Hanger has garnered mixed feedback from Consumers, highlighting both its application and durability challenges. Initially marketed for its utility in mounting light fixtures and ceiling fans, reviewers frequently point out its limitations in terms of installation flexibility. It appears primarily designed for new Construction or scenarios with accessible framing, necessitating secure attachment to joists. This includes a mandatory nailing process that can be particularly cumbersome for remodeling projects, leading to customer dissatisfaction when accessibility is restricted. Some users expressed frustration when realizing the product's suitability was not clearly stated in the product description. Furthermore, issues around quality and longevity have emerged. The structural materials, notably the plastic components of the hanger, faced criticism due to brittleness over time, which resulted in unreliable support for fixtures. Instances were reported where light fixtures crashed down due to failure in the mounting system, raising significant safety concerns. Although some Consumers managed to install the hanger satisfactorily, the overall experience indicates a lack of robustness which seems to compromise the essential purpose of secure fixture mounting. In summary, while the design of the Carlon B620HG-UPC has potential for newcomers to ceiling light installations, the execution—particularly concerning durability and adaptability—leaves much to be desired. **
