Anime Editorial Review
** Lupin the 3rd: Goodbye Partner** "Lupin the 3rd: Goodbye Partner" has received positive acclaim from customers who have a deep love for the franchise, highlighting its appeal across both long-time fans and newer audiences. The film has been cherished for its enjoyable storytelling, impressive artwork, and engaging action sequences. Fans appreciated the character development, especially the depth given to Jigen, and noted the film’s stylistic resemblance to James Bond thrillers, which adds a unique twist to the beloved Lupin formula. While the predominant animation style was well-received, some viewers had mixed feelings about the integration of 3D segments, describing them as occasionally awkward. Despite these minor critiques, the overall reception has been warm, with many expressing a desire for more content from the franchise and a hope for more releases from Discotek. Overall, "Goodbye Partner" seems to blend the charm and excitement of Lupin with fresh elements, making it a worthwhile watch for both die-hard fans and newcomers alike. This film has the potential to draw in more viewers into the world of Lupin the 3rd, sparking interest in its extensive legacy. **
