There are a few complaints about battery life, and the fact that the battery drains even when the memory card is in the camera but it's turned off. It appears to be compatible with Karma systems, but only after waiting for firmware updates. Some people had hardware issues, either due to normal wear and tear or because the used camera looked like it had some saltwater damage. The video quality is good, but there were mixed feelings about the battery life and photo quality. Finally, some people had trouble uploading files, causing frequent backups due to corrupt files.
