It is a Chinese product that ships from a U.S.-based manufacturer, Valor Fitness. The machine is easy to assemble with an estimated time of 15 minutes. Stretching Guidelines: According to one customer, holding for about 30 seconds is most beneficial, and holding for longer brings diminishing returns. If you want to increase your range, hold 30 seconds then relax a few degrees than increase a few clicks past your previous max hold. Repeat. Increment and Weight Limit: The increment is geared, so you can turn the wheel a little at a time to increase the stretch, and you can extend it beyond 180 degrees it is possible to crank all the way so that your legs are behind you - 360 degrees. There is no adjustable weight for this product. Pads: The pads rest against the knee and lower, which can cause some uncomfortable pressure depending on the user.
