A tablet or smartphone (iOS or Android) with Bluetooth 4.0 support and the Robotics – Smart Machines app (available in Apple and Google app stores) is required to provide instructions to the machine. Unfortunately, a significant number of customers have reported not being able to connect the app to the device, which causes the ball to break simply from being rolled. Although some customers were able to get the device to work with technical support, several buyers have encountered difficulties with the app, which has received extremely low ratings in app stores.
