Answer: My son tried mommy’s bliss gripe water and the flavor was too strong so we tried this one and he actually seems to like it. It does smell sweet so I would guess there is a little flavor but it is more tolerable than the other brand. This is referencing the daytime stuff, we have never tried the nighttime. -

There will be some of the old formula and new formula on the market until the old formula sells out. Answer: Gripe water is all natural solution for gas and upset tumimes. Where gas drops are simethicon. -

Answer: When my little guy has hiccups, by the time I unload the full syringe, they have been gone 5/6 times...one other time I had to do a 2nd syringe full. -
