These lactase tablets are designed for those with lactose intolerance, and they have been reviewed as being extremely effective for controlling symptoms. The "Fast Acting" version of the tablets has 3x more lactase units than the "Original" version, therefore requiring three times as many Original pills to equal one Fast Act. While they are effective, the packaging can be misleading - the advertised "pack of three" actually only contains one bottle of pills. Label reading is also a necessary task, as lactose can be found in many food items. The tablets are priced competitively, although three must be taken at a time, which could be a downside for some.
