The Singer Legacy SE300 embroidery/sewing machine is a versatile machine that includes 200 embroidery designs plus 6 alphabet options and PSW Intro editing software, which can read 13 design formats. The machine supports USB sticks and has a free download of editing software that allows the user to resize, rotate, and move designs on a computer screen. The machine is compatible with the optional endless hoop, and designs can be printed using PSW Intro software. However, some customers have experienced issues with the USB stick not working, the upper thread jamming in the bobbin case, or the machine malfunctioning while embroidering. Furthermore, some customers have had trouble obtaining repairs or refunds.
